Mike discovered his passion for entrepreneurship when he worked as a developer in a start up and quickly learning the processes first hand to starting a business. As a go-getter with a competitive attitude Mike now runs actualize8 alongside another startup that sells sustainable planted meals.

Co-founder & CTO

We see Tony as our coding wizard with a passion for engineering and problem solving. Having created multiple startups, Tony’s entrepreneurial expertises helps him understand and connect with clients about potential opportunities their businesses might have. Tony is also the most impressive board game player we know, and if you think otherwise, he will gladly accept any board game challenge.

Lindsey Lee
Graphic Designer

Lindsey is our resident pixel pusher and type-nerd. Always having a keen eye for design and details, Lindsey started her creative career as a letterer/Muralist. Later, Lindsey earned a further graphic design degree to master her art. However, if you don’t find Lindsey designing up a storm, you might find her at a random coffee shop trying to pinpoint the best cup of Joe in town.

Stephen Charaton
Lead Developer

Steve is our in house full stack web developer. Steve will take great ideas and code them to run smoothly and efficiently. Steve’s goal is to make everything he does more efficient and fun, whether he’ s working as a Web Developer or being the top alpaca shearer at the alpaca farm. Steve never misses the opportunity to explore and try new things while spending quality time with his family.

Peter Han
Junior Full-stack Developer

Meet Peter, our Junior full stack Developer who is the newest member in the team. Peter is a challenge connoisseur, this started with lego and puzzles as a kid and later, Peter found his love for coding when he was given the task to build a website in a previous job. Peter jumped full swing into mastering his coding skills while still maintaining his status as an annoying video game player.
